PDR's Lab Slow Speed Handpiece Service includes the following:

For replacement of rotor, armature, body parts, power cord, & main drive shaft/spindle assembly, additional fees may apply above normal range of average repair costs.
HOW TO GET YOUR HANDPIECES TO US FOR A FREE ESTIMATE

Print out a HANDPIECE REPAIR FORM & fill it out

Print out a FREE SHIPPING LABEL

Place both the HANDPIECE REPAIR FORM and your handpieces into a protective packing material and put into a small mailing box*.

Write your return address on the outside of the mailing box* and place our FREE SHIPPING LABEL on the box as well. You only have to use 1 of the mailing labels.

* Please do not use post office priority or express mail mailing boxes or envelopes when utilizing PDR's Fast Pack free shipping labels.
